The Kleberg County Sheriff’s Office operates the county detention center and owns the local booking and physical-release event. Sheriff Richard Kirkpatrick is listed on the county’s official sheriff page. Use the booking line for a recent jail event and the office channel for an existing booking or release record. The administrative schedule below does not limit the published 24-hour main telephone line.

Choose the channel based on the event and custodian. A local roster card cannot establish a final court outcome, and the current TDCJ search cannot supply a complete historical release record.

• Released from the Kleberg County jail: Start with the full released-inmate search and records path. For a release within the official rolling window, use the sheriff’s released roster. After the card expires, ask KCSO for the booking and release sheet, release type, and receiving agency if transferred.
• Probation or state parole: Use Probation & Parole. Kleberg County CSCD handles local adult probation at 361-595-8558. TDCJ Parole Division handles state parole and mandatory supervision through its Corpus Christi district office.
• A very recent release: Check Jail Releases: 24 Hours. Kleberg County’s actual official view spans 48 hours, so readers isolate the most recent day by comparing the printed release times.

Court records answer a different part of the question. The Kleberg County Clerk handles records within its jurisdiction and links an online criminal-record portal.
