These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Kleberg County Released Inmates, including its links to public-record resources and outside search services. By visiting or using any part of the site, a user agrees to follow these terms. Anyone who does not accept them must stop using the site. Public custody and release information can change quickly, so use of the site also requires independent confirmation from the Kleberg County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, a court, or whichever agency created the record.

Independent service: Kleberg County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not connected with any government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department.
